Good Friday Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick butter or oleo, 1 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. regular rice, 1 can beef broth and 1 can chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Saute onions in butter until golden and limp.
Add rice and saute until golden.
Pour in cans of broth and mix well.
Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350Β° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed (microwave approximately 15 minutes).
