Good Carrots
Good Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 carrots, peeled and sliced, 1/4 c. butter, 1 small onion, minced, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook carrots.
Saute onion in butter.
Stir in flour, salt, dry mustard and milk.
Add pepper and celery salt.
In 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of carrots and cheese, ending with carrots.
Pour on sauce.

Bake 20 minutes or until hot throughout.
