Good-Bye Turkey
Good-Bye Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, 1 3/4 c. milk, 4 oz. can jalapeños (we use mild or medium) and some chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix all ingredients, except chips and cheese.
Layer chips in lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
Add soup mixture and 1 layer of cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
This can be assembled and frozen before cooking.
We take frozen casserole on ski trips at Christmas or save for a snow day.
