Goo-Losh is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 onion, 2 cans tomatoes, 1 can corn, 1 can great northern beans and 2 tbsp. chili powder or more to make hot, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat and onion until brown.
(Don't drain.)
Add tomatoes and all other ingredients in a crock-pot or deep dish. Simmer 4 hours.
