Goldenrod Eggs
Goldenrod Eggs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped, 1 c. milk, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. flour and dash of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make white sauce by melting butter in top of double boiler, adding flour, milk and other ingredients and cooking until thick. Add chopped eggs and pour over toast.
(White sauce can be prepared in microwave.)
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
