Golden Punch
Golden Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. sugar, 1 1/2 gal. water, 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice, 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice and 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemon juice (i use 12 oz. can pink lemonade), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat the sugar and water until sugar is dissolved.
Mix the remaining items and freeze until almost time to serve.
Can leave frozen up to 3 months. Remove 1 hour before serving; thaw and add ginger ale or club soda.
Can use Rocky Top's lemon/lime soda. This recipe serves 100.
I freeze in gallon Ziploc baggies so they will lay flat in freezer.
I use 2-liter bottles to 1 gallon bag, or to your personal taste.
