Golden Punch
Golden Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. tea leaves or bags, 3 c. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and sliced fruits (crushed pineapple), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put sugar and cold water in large vessel and bring to a boil. Use another vessel close fitting
Pour boiling water over tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes.
Strain and cool (do tea leaves in aluminum or tin).
Add juices and salt and pour over ice in punch bowl.
Add ginger ale and any slices of fruit.
Serves 50.
