Golden Potato Bake
Golden Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 2/3 c. melted oleo, 4 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. minced parsley and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Peel potatoes; put in cold water.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add evaporated milk.
Bring to boil.
Remove from heat. Combine eggs in large bowl.
Beat until frothy.
Shred potatoes on medium shredder.
Place immediately in egg mix; turn to coat well.
Add parsley, 1 cup cheese and milk mixture.
Mix well. Turn into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Add 1/2 cup cheese; continue to bake 30 minutes.
