Golden Omelet
Golden Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 6 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.
Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour into skillet.
Cook slowly.
As egg mixture sets, lift slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
Place 3 slices of Velveeta on omelet.
Fold in half. Remove from skillet.
Top with remaining Velveeta.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
