Golden Gate Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. salad oil, 2 c. minced onion, 1 lb. ground chuck and 2 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Day before or early in the day, cook sauce.
In hot oil, saute the onion.
Add beef and cook until red color disappears. Slice garlic; mash with salt. Add to meat with pepper, oregano, parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
