Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole
Golden Crumb Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli (6 c.), cut up or the same amount frozen broccoli, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. chopped pimiento and 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In covered saucepan, cook broccoli in small amount of boiling, salted water until barely tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Put into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, pimiento, cheese and lemon juice.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 35 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
