Golden Corn Pudding
Golden Corn Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 2 eggs, well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
Place casserole in baking pan.
Pour very hot water into pan to a depth of about 1-inch.

Center will be soft but will set.
