Mix cake mix according to directions plus add to previous ingredients oil, egg yolks and chocolate pudding.
Mix well.
Line a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with wax paper.
Bake as directed on cake mix box.
Cool cake.
Cut horizontally into two layers.
