Goat Cheese Spread
Goat Cheese Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 11 oz. goat cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Coat a 9-inch spring-form pan with cooking spray; set aside. Combine cheeses; beat at medium-high speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Add eggs, egg yolk and pesto sauce.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
