Glorified Rice
Glorified Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large red jello, 2 c. sugar, no. 2 can crushed pineapple, 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. rice, 2 c. water) and 1 pt. whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple.
Add water to make 2 c. liquid.
Bring liquid to boil.
Pour over Jello and stir until dissolved.
Let stand until thickened.
Add pineapple, rice, and nuts.
Refrigerate until almost jelled, then fold in whipped cream.
Let stand overnight before serving.
Makes a large salad.
