Glorified Macaroni
Glorified Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shell or regular macaroni, cooked and drained, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 small jar pimento, 1/2 small bell pepper, chopped and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt 1 stick oleo in saucepan; add onion and bell pepper. Saute until tender.
Add this mixture with macaroni, Velveeta cheese, pimento, mayonnaise and soup; heat on low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
Pour into casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable spray.
Melt remaining oleo and combine with cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle evenly over casserole and bake at 325Β° until lightly browned and bubbly.
