Ingredients: 2 c. walnuts; 1 egg white; 1 Tbsp. water; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1/4 tsp. cloves

Whip egg

white and water until frothy.

Mix dry ingredients with egg

white.

Put on cookie sheet or pie plates and put in oven for 1/2 hour at 300°.
