Glazed Strawberry Pie
Glazed Strawberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, 3 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled, 1 c. sugar, 3 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash strawberries and mix sugar and cornstarch in 3-quart saucepan.
Stir in water and mashed berries.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in food coloring.
Fold remaining 2 pints berries into cooled mixture.
Pile into pie shell and chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
