Glazed Pork Chops

Brown chops in skillet.
Spoon off fat.
Meanwhile, in cup, stir together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until smooth.
In same skillet, combine 3/4 cup water, onion soup mix and sugar.
Add apples, stirring to coat.
Heat to boiling.
Return chops to skillet.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
Remove chops and apples to serving platter.
Keep warm.
Over medium heat, heat sauce to boiling. Gradually stir in cornstarch mixture.
Cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
Spoon over pork chops and apples.
