Glazed Pecans
Glazed Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. half and half, 1/4 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 4 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in a medium size saucepan; stir well.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Continue to cook until thermometer (candy) registers about 220Β°.
Remove from heat.
Add pecans, stirring until well coated.
Spread pecans on waxed paper and separate with a fork.
Yields 4 cups.
