Glazed Pecans is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. orange concentrate, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 3 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook sugar and orange concentrate until soft ball stage in heavy saucepan.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Cook until all water cooks out.
Spread on wax paper and let cool.
Separate with 2 forks while cooling.
