Glazed Peach Pie
Glazed Peach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, dash of salt, 9 medium peaches and 1/3 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Stir in 3 medium peeled and mashed peaches and water.
Cook until thickened and bubbly.
Cook 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Cover surface with plastic wrap; cool.
Spread 1/4 cup mixture in bottom of baked pie shell, reserve 1/3 cup of the mixture; set aside.
