Glazed Onions
Glazed Onions is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 large onions, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1 tsp. curry powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Peel onions; cut into even slices.
Heat butter in large skillet.
Add onions and toss for a few minutes until coated with butter.
Do not brown.
Add vinegar, brown sugar and curry powder. Stir to blend.
Add parsley.
Cook onions for about 5 minutes, covered, until almost tender-crisp.
Remove cover and cook onions for 2 to 3 minutes, until glazed.
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika.
Add chili.
