Glazed Meat Loaf
Glazed Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2/3 c. milk, 2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3 slices bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Stir together eggs, milk, slat, pepper and bread.
Beat until bread is broken up.
Add onion, carrot, cheese and beef.
Mix well.
Form into a large loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake in a moderate oven at 350Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Combine sugar, ketchup and mustard.
Spread over meat loaf and continue baking 15 minutes.
