Glazed Fruited Chicken
Glazed Fruited Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (29 oz.) jar fruits for salad, 2/3 c. mayonnaise, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing, 1 broiler/fryer, cut up and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain fruit, reserving 2/3 cup liquid; set aside.
Stir reserved liquid into mayonnaise; stir constantly over medium heat until mixture boils.
Add stuffing and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Add chicken.
Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
Brush with additional mayo.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Melt marmalade. Arrange fruit around chicken.
Brush on marmalade.
Bake 15 minutes more.
