Glazed Chicken
Glazed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. chicken parts, 1 bottle red russian dressing, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 16 oz. jar apricot preserves and 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves in a large bowl.
Dip chicken parts into mixture and coat well. Place on foil-lined pan, pour remaining mixture over chicken. Bake for 1/2 hour on each side, turn once more and raise temperature of oven to 375°.
Bake for another 1/2 hour.
During this time glaze should thicken.
