Glazed Carrots
Sliced carrots simmered until tender, then tossed in a buttery brown-sugar glaze with a hint of orange. The sweet vegetable side that wins over even the carrot-skeptics.

Wash and scrape carrots; cut in diagonal slices.
Cook, covered, in small amount of boiling, salted water until just tender, about 12 minutes.
Drain.
