Steam carrots just until tender.
Transfer to serving bowl and keep warm.
Combine orange juice, sugar and margarine in a saucepan and heat almost to boiling point.
Dissolve cornstarch in water; stir in and cook until clear and thickened.
Add ginger. Pour over carrots.
