Glazed Carrots
Glazed Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 3 tbsp. margarine, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 c. apricot preserves and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Wash and scrape carrots; cut in diagonal slices.
Cook, covered, in small amount of water until just tender (approximately 12 minutes).
Drain.
Heat margarine, sugar and preserves in saucepan, stirring to combine.
Stir into carrots until coated. Cook over low heat, stirring gently about 3 minutes.
