Glazed Bacon
Glazed Bacon is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced, 1/2 c. lightly packed light brown sugar, 1 tbsp. dijon mustard and 2 tbsp. red wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place bacon in large baking pan and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 10 minutes or until crisp.
Mix brown sugar, mustard and wine thoroughly.
Pour over bacon.
Bake at 350° until it bubbles, making sure the bacon glaze is covering both sides, approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from pan to wax paper or foil.
Cut bacon in half, if desired.
Do not refrigerate, but let stand at room temperature until ready to serve.
Should be dry, not sticky.
