Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. molasses, 1 egg and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Put butter, sugar, molasses and egg into mixing bowl; beat well until creamy.
Sift flour, soda, salt and spices together.
Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
Form into balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake about 10 minutes.
Let cool a little before removing to cooling trays.
