Gingersnaps

In a mixing bowl, combine about 1/2 of the flour and all of the remaining ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer on medium to high speed until thoroughly combined.
Beat in remaining flour by hand. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
