Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oil, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/4 c. molasses or cane syrup and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine oil and sugar; add egg and beat.
Stir in syrup. Combine dry ingredients and mix together.
Roll dough in 1-inch balls.
Using 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, roll balls in sugar and place 2-inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Makes about 48 cookies.
