Gingersnaps
Gingersnaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter, 2 eggs, 3 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, molasses, vinegar and remaining dry ingredients all together.
Form into balls the size of a walnut.
Place far apart on cookie sheet to allow for spreading.
Bake in moderate oven (350Β°).
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
