Gingerbread
Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. each water and shortening, light molasses, brown sugar, 1 egg, well beaten and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Pour water over shortening.
Add molasses, sugar and egg.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Bake in greased and floured 8-inch square pan at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Cool in pan. Cut into squares and serve with Cool Whip.
