Ginger Snaps is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. packed brown sugar, 3/4 c.crisco, 1 egg, 4 tbsp light molasses and 2 1/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream crisco, egg, brown sugar and molasses. Stir in dry ingredients; chill dough and roll into walnut size balls.
Dip balls in sugar and put on cookie sheet separated.
Sprinkle water on top; Bake 350Β° 9-12 min.
Still soft when done. don't overbake.
