Ginger Pickles
Ginger Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. salt, 1 gal. water, 1 gal. thin sliced cucumbers, 2 1/2 qt. vinegar and 1 stick cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Bring to a boil and pour over pickles; let stand 3 days. Drain solution.
Add 1 cup sugar; reheat and pour onto pickles. Let stand 3 days.
Repeat until 3 cups added. Pack pickles into jars.
Heat vinegar solution.
Over pickles and seal.
(Will also keep without sealing.)
