Ginger Peach Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jello, 1 c. boiling water, 7 oz. ginger ale and 1 small (8 3/4 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add ginger ale.
