Ginger Creams
Ginger Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. molasses and 4 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and molasses.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture alternately with water.
Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans, 11 x 16-inch.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
Frost and cut into squares.
