Ginger Creams
Ginger Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. hot coffee, 1/2 c. butter or shortening, 3/4 c. molasses, 1 egg and 2 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add to melted shortening and mix well.
Spread on large cookie sheet with edges.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Frost while warm with thin confectioners sugar icing.
(Dough can also be dropped by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet 2 1/2 inches apart.)
