Ginger Cookies
Ginger Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1/2 c. molasses, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour (approximately), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix margarine, molasses, sugar and eggs.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix until all ingredients are moistened.
If dough is not stiff enough, add more flour.
Refrigerate dough several hours or overnight.
Make into small balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Do not flatten.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes in a 375Β° oven.
Store in airtight container.
