Ginger Chicken
Ginger Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken breast, sliced, 1 tsp. potato flour, 3 tsp. thin soy sauce, 1/4 tsp. ginger powder and 1 1/2 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Marinate chicken for 1/2 hour in 1 teaspoon potato flour, 2 teaspoons thin soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon oil.
Stir-fry chicken with 1 tablespoon oil for 1 minute; remove from wok.
Combine 1 tablespoon oil, onion, bamboo shoots and mushrooms in wok.
Season with 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, lemon grass, water and salt.
Cover and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add chicken and thicken with potato flour.
