Ginger Ale Salad
Ginger Ale Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 pkg. lime gelatin, 1 qt. ginger ale, 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 pt. whipped cream or cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Soften cheese over hot water.
Add gelatin and mix thoroughly. Heat ginger ale to boiling and slowly pour over cheese-gelatin mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Chill until syrupy.
Add Worcestershire sauce.
Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Turn into 2-quart mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
Makes 8 servings.
