Giant Popovers
Giant Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 2 c. milk, 6 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted, 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease 2 popover pans.
Each pan holds six 5-ounce cups.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat eggs until frothy.
Beat in milk and butter.
At low speed, beat flour and salt into egg, milk and butter mixture.
Fill cups until half filled.
Bake for 35 minutes at 375Β°.
Make slit in each popover to let steam out. Bake 5 minutes more.
Remove popovers from pans immediately.
