Giant Cookie Pizza
Giant Cookie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. unsifted flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter, softened and 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan. On sheet of waxed paper, mix flour, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter, brown sugar and egg for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy.
Add flour mixture; beat just until combined.
Add 1/2 cup candies; mix well. Turn out dough onto pan.
With spatula, spread dough to edge of pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, until brown; cool on rack.
Spread with icing and decorate with candies and syrup.
