Made with 5 to 6 potatoes, scrubbed (not peeled), 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. cubed beef hillshire farm sausage or eckrich smoked sausage, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut potatoes into thumb size pieces.
Add onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Brown in a small amount of oil for 25 minutes until tender.
