German Style Spinach is an easy dinner. Made with 1 slice bacon, 1 tbsp. chopped onion, 2 tsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar and 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can leaf spinach, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place bacon in a 1-quart casserole.
Cover with paper towels and microwave on High until crisp, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove bacon and drain.
Reserve drippings in casserole.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
