German Slaw
German Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head cabbage (firm a must!), 1 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 c. chopped onions, 3/4 c. oil and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cabbage (not too fine).
Mix cabbage, bell pepper and onions.
Oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, celery salt and black pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Pour hot mixture over cabbage mixture.
Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Makes 2 quarts. Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
