German Oven Pancake
German Oven Pancake is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. milk, 2/3 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend well.
Place 1 1/2 cubes margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place in oven until butter melts and bubbles.
Pan and butter should be very hot.
Remove pan from oven and pour mixture in pan.
Return to oven.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake another 8 to 10 minutes.
Pour on topping and serve with fresh fruit/preserves.
