Mix all the ingredients except the noodles, eggs, milk and salt together.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the mixture, alternating with the noodles.
Mix and pour over eggs, milk and salt.
Bake in 350Β° (oven) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
